Artiste

Tommy Knuts is a multidisciplinary artist whose world takes shape through richly detailed compositions in which fragments of landscapes, silhouettes and symbols intertwine. His work is particularly distinguished by his iconic characters, the Knuts. Reflecting his thoughts and emotions, they embody humanity in all its complexity: the bonds that unite us, the joys we share, as well as our doubts, fears and questions. At a time when our eyes and minds are constantly being stimulated, Tommy Knuts seeks to create a balance between chaos and harmony. Colourful and expressive, his works explore our relationships with others, our emotions and our connection to freedom. Influenced by Cubism, Constructivism, and the Bauhaus school, Stéphane OPÉRA draws inspiration from the techniques of his predecessors such as Juan Gris, Fernand Léger, Robert and Sonia Delaunay, or Francis Picabia.
