Orders and Delivery
Each order is carefully packaged with appropriate transport protection. The canvas and frame are packed separately in the same box to prevent any damage.
In case of a problem, please contact us immediately with photos. We will offer a replacement or a refund as appropriate.
On average, allow between 5 to 15 business days depending on available stock.
Yes, you can have your order delivered directly to the recipient’s address.
Yes, a tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can then track the delivery of your artwork in real time.
If your package shows visible damage upon delivery, we advise you to refuse the package and immediately inform the delivery person. Please then contact us by email as soon as possible so that we can arrange a replacement or find a suitable solution.
