Stéphane OPÉRA is an artist and designer who lives and works in Paris.
Originating from the Graffiti and Street Art scene, where he has been an activist since 1998, he worked for over 10 years as a letterer and artistic director in agencies and independently, before gradually shifting towards studio work more focused on his personal universe.
His painting, directly influenced by contemporary graphic design and architecture, reveals a geometric approach through abstract, incisive, and colorful graphic compositions.
Influenced by Cubism, Constructivism, and the Bauhaus school, Stéphane OPÉRA draws inspiration from the techniques of his predecessors such as Juan Gris, Fernand Léger, Robert and Sonia Delaunay, or Francis Picabia.
