Delivery

BAMBAM Éditions offers several delivery methods, either to a pickup point or to your home.
Orders are processed within 2 weeks (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery methods:

Home delivery

Your delivery, to the address of your choice, is handled by the carriers Colissimo & Chronopost or GLS. If necessary, we may modify your choice depending on carrier constraints and the size of the package. Formats larger than 150 cm are only shipped via GLS.

Delivery time
From 2 to 6 business days depending on the selected carrier.
The day after shipping before 1:00 PM with the Chronopost Express 24h option (option only available for formats smaller than 150 cm; please also note that orders are shipped within 2 weeks). We do not guarantee Saturday delivery with the Chronopost Express 24h option.

For areas outside France, delivery is handled by the carriers DPD and GLS (3 to 6 days).

Shipping
As soon as your order is shipped, your tracking number is available in your customer area and sent by email.

Pickup point delivery

3,500 Chrono Relais pickup points are available to you in mainland France.
Choose your delivery:
• near your home or workplace;
• at times that suit your schedule.
The opening hours of the pickup points are provided when you place your order on our site.

Pickup point delivery is only available for formats smaller than 150 cm.

Delivery time
Your package will be delivered to the pickup point you selected within 3 to 5 days after shipping.

Shipping
Your tracking number is available in the ‘My Account’ section and is also sent to you by email as soon as your order is in transit.

Delivery
Upon receipt of your products at the pickup point, you will receive an email confirming availability, as well as the address of the Chrono Relais, including its opening days and hours.
Your order will be handed to you in person upon presentation of ID and signature of the delivery note.
